The location was acceptable. It was close to shops.
The lack of a phone in the room was annoying. I had to go downstairs for every little thing. the room service was non existent, a five star hotel should offer it. the dated facility felt far from a five star experience.

red roses rooftop breakfast superb staff dated facility no telephone non-existent room service
the staff was very nice. i LOVED the suite, adorned with a bouquet of red roses, greeted us upon entry. rooftop breakfast WAS the icing on the cake.
the facility IS very dated. it definitely does not meet a 5 star requirement. there is no telephone IN the room.

Excellent Medina Experience
extreme care tea service luxury shopping
The staff showed extreme care. They offered tea and cakes upon arrival. The location is near the palace. Luxury shopping is also close by. The chef demonstrates brilliance in their craft. I found the staff to be gentle and caring. There were full sized bathroom products provided. I also had a robe and slippers available.
The walk to get a taxi took about five minutes, going through the town.

The rooms are spacious with pleasant neutral colours. The decor is very artful. I found the bed comfortable with plush hosiery. Perfumes were a pleasant surprise to find within the toiletries.

There is a courtyard space to enjoy. I also enjoyed the cute little library. The library is ideal for lounging. The spa and massage are highly recommended for all guests. The building showcases fine architecture.

The breakfast featured a different main dish each day. Breakfast service takes place on the terrace. The terrace breakfast is top notch. I found it very delicious and relaxing. The staff suggests many places to eat.

amazing oasis IN the medina!
helpful team ideal location rooftop terrace
karine and her team are SO helpful and accommodating. nothing was TOO much trouble. the location in the heart of the medina is perfect. our room was comfortable and nicely appointed. the rooftop terrace was so peaceful.
there is no telephone in the room so room service IS nonexistent.

A true haven
neutral colors comfortable bed pleasant surprise thoughtful staff
The decor uses pleasant neutral colors, with artful touches throughout. Rooms offer ample space, and i found the bed very comfortable. Toiletries held a PLEASANT surprise (particularly the perfumes!). The staff was thoughtful. They were really nice too.
Finding the riad initially required navigating a slightly confusing path, though a helpful employee quickly met us to guide the way.

The riad is conveniently located. Key attractions are easily accessible by foot. The hotel is tucked away off the souk, down a charming, little tunnel. This provides both easy exploration and a peaceful escape after busy days.

luggage transport constant guidance really good service
I received superb assistance with luggage transport to the taxi. It involved a short five-minute walk through the city. The staff purchased SIM cards for me, which I greatly appreciated. They provided constant guidance and information, demonstrating really good service.

serene retreat with really good service
varied breakfast room cleaning beautiful rooftop
The staff ensured my comfort consistently. breakfast had delicious options that varied daily. i appreciated the room cleaning service that happened twice a day. Once while i was out and again to prepare my bed. the rooftop had a beautiful design, though it lacked a wide view.
the airport pickup had a delay that caused some inconvenience
